We do agentic cloud hosting and managed AI integration.
We build AI agents, hook them into the systems you already run, from your ERP to Checkmk, and keep them running on our own servers in Switzerland. Gate, the access layer that sits between an agent and your systems, is our software too.
So when something needs changing, you talk to the engineers who built it and host it, not a reseller. We're based in Rotkreuz.
Your agent is built by a lead engineer and an integration engineer, and nobody else at Marbell gets access to your data. Gate and Marbell Cloud are ours as well, so when part of the setup needs changing, we change it ourselves instead of opening a ticket with a vendor.

Key terms
It checks each routed request against your OpenID Connect identity provider and a written policy, and a yearly licence and support fee applies per deployment.
We started out as a hosting company, and AI integration is most of what we do now. The hosting business still runs as Marbell Cloud, and it's the reason we can put the agents we build on our own servers instead of reselling someone else's.
Hosting customers still run their business servers with us in Switzerland, and the backup and patching defaults on every agent server come from that work.
Machine learning
02
Research and model development
Before AI integration, we worked our way through the whole field: reinforcement learning, building our own models, FinML, cyber security, data analysis and physics research.
We kept going until we were working at the frontier, which is why we judge a model on your workflow and your past cases, not on its benchmark scores.
Leadership
03
Company leadership and change
Our leadership has run Swiss companies for nearly twenty years, and has worked in management consulting, strategic planning, program management, executive coaching and change management.
That matters because an agent changes who does what, so a rollout is a change program as much as a technical project.
Current focus
04
AI integration
We test business APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google against open-weight models such as Llama, Mistral and Qwen, using your own sample records.
Open-weight models can run in your network or on Marbell Cloud, which matters when records should not reach a model provider at all.
Your contract is with Marbell AG, a Swiss company, under Swiss law and with courts in Zurich. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) set the defaults. Where you need something different, we write it into the signed offer or order form, which takes precedence wherever the two differ. Keeping your name off our customer list is a common example.
The GTC, the privacy policy and the legal identity page, with what each covers.
The start form asks who can approve the work and which systems it touches, and those are the two things we need to know before a first call. Invoice objections are the exception to email: the GTC ask for them by registered mail to our postal address.
