Validation Methodology

Our models utilize Walk-Forward Analysis (WFA). Every hour, the model is retrained on a rolling window of 5000 historical hours and then validated on a 200-hour out-of-sample test set. This cycle repeats continuously, ensuring the performance metrics reflect the model's ability to adapt to current market regimes.

Probability vs. Prediction: The model outputs a probability score (0-100%), not a guaranteed binary outcome. High probabilities (>60%) indicate a strong statistical confidence in the FORECAST, allowing for risk-adjusted position sizing.

72h Trend Dynamics: The sparkline visualizes the rolling 72-hour trajectory of the probability score. Green lines indicate increasing confidence (strengthening signal), while red lines indicate decaying confidence.
